Our circuits deliver a combination of cardio, endurance and strength training, delivered in one hour of high-intensity training in a welcoming environment. We cater for all fitness levels in our circuit sessions.
Teen boxing is available for girls and boys during school terms. Shadow's offers one hour of cardio, boxing skills and self-defence. We have excellent cross training for those looking to develop an edge in sports discipline, such as AFL and basketball.

Our professional trainers can take you from novice boxer to Amateur, Professional or Master's level. All Shadow's trainers are licensed with Boxing Victoria, Boxing Australia and the Professional Boxing and Combat Sports Board of Victoria.
Shadow's specialises in group and sporting club training. We deliver an hour of training the mind and body for a range of different sporting clubs, including basketball, football and netball teams. We are available to work with sports clubs from pre-season, in season and in the lead up and during finals. We specialise in one-on-one training for elite players that delivers the competitive edge. We have worked with many AFL clubs from preseason to finals with a 100% success rate for Grand Final games.
